As part of the medical director’s agenda and commitment to making Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Benin one of the best mental health institutions in Nigeria and Africa at large, the management of FNPH recently acquired a GE 4D Ultrasound Machine (Versana Balance).

This 4D machine is used for efficient investigation of vascular studies, doppler interrogation, 4D obstetrics scans, echocardiograhaphy etc. The machine will significantly improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients in the hospital.

It is worthy of note that 4D is the most recent ultrasound technology to date. The newly installed machine has been made ready for use.
