Members of IviEva (Development) Foundation a nonprofit organization made donations to Child and Adolescent Unit of the hospital on 30thJune, 2023. The foundation donated a 58 inches smart television and also repainted the interior of the unit.
Receiving members of the foundation, the Medical Director, Dr. Imafidon Osama Agbonile who was represented by the Head of Clinical Services, Dr. J.O Omoaregba thanked them for their kind gesture and for giving the Child and Adolescent Unit a face-lift and urged them not to relent in their support. He enjoined other NGOs to emulate them because mental health is one area that is often overlooked as it concerns special needs and the underprivileged.
IviEva (Development) Foundation has been of great support to the Child and Adolescent Unit of the hospital for more than five years. It is noteworthy that the foundation was established specifically to create sustainable development in underdeveloped areas through community redevelopment, education, economic and social outreach.
