The Medical Director, Dr. Imafidon O. Agbonile led the MDs and CEOs of federal neuropsychiatric hospitals in the country to a presentation to the House of Representatives Committee on Specialty Healthcare on May 15, 2024.

Present at the hearing for the implementation of the Mental Health Act 2021 were the President of APN, Prof. T. J. Obindo, the MD/CEO of FNPHs in the country, other stakeholders, and civil society groups/NGOs.
