INTRODUCTION

Learning disability is the most common neurodevelopmental disorder,  manifesting as significantly below average intellectual functioning and deficit in adaptive behaviour.

 This requires a highly comprehensive history, a complete physical  examination  and a careful  developmental assessment of the patient.
