As part of his vision to improve on the quality of healthcare delivery, Dr. I.O. Agbonile, Medical Director/CEO of Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Benin City has made significant strides in digitizing the hospital’s operations, with the installation of CCTV cameras in all strategic points in the hospital and the provision of fibre optics to commence Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). These initiatives are aimed at improving the safety of staff and the hospital facilities, as well as enhancing the quality of patient care.

On the other hand, the commencement of phase 1 of fibre optics installation will usher in EMR and will help to improve the quality of patient care in the hospital.
